The Strain Family - Tulsa Mini Session

I just love young families!  They are so full of excitement and love!

The Strain's are no exception. Being newlyweds and a young family it makes for a special light the emits from them to you. Their love for their little boy, Luke, is intoxicating.  I know they are excited to start new traditions together during this upcoming holiday season.

Cheers!

Aaliyah - Tulsa Senior Session

I had to pleasure of working with Aaliyah on my last trip to Tulsa.  SHe is beautiful girl who will be graduating from Booker T Washington High School in the spring and hopes to get a scholarship to Oral Roberts University afterwards.  When I asked her mother, Lacrisha, to tell me a little bit about her this is what she said,

She loves, loves, loves to read, and play volleyball for fun.  She volunteers a lot at Victory Christian Center, where she works the kids area for the 11 o'clock service and helps the Tulsa Dream Center on their Super Saturdays to help the community's with whats needed.  She a very emotional person with a sensitive heart.  She has a servants heart, big time, if you ever need someone to help you house-sit, clean, or anything she is always there to help.  She's a warrior when she needs to be, very strong. She's a pleasure to know and to have been given the opportunity to bring into this world.

I tear up just reading it.  If that is not a proud mom, I don't know what is.

Best of luck in your upcoming graduation and future endeavors!

Holly - St. Louis Senior Session

So I don't usually do Senior Sessions but I am IN LOVE with Holly!  It is always so refreshing to see someone like her, coy, quiet, sweet as can be, just light up in front of the lens.  Her individual style and demure personality made for lots of fun.  She was so much fun to work with and I loved her unique choice in location at Laumeier Sculpture Park.  We started with a gloomy afternoon that ended with cold temp and rain so we picked up our last little bit of time on what could easily have been the complete opposite. Sunshine and 75.

Holly, I wish you the best of luck in your upcoming years after high school. I have a feeling you're going to kill it. Cheers!

The Harris Family - Autumn Mini Session

The Harris Family always seems to have poor luck with weather no matter how many years between sessions.  I don't know how they manage it. ;)  The last time we shot together, we were in between rain storms and the humidity nearly choked us and this time a storm was rolling in and with it brought the first real chill.  You would never guess it though!  They warmed right up to each other and brought their love and smiling faces, especially Isla.

I am so excited to be able to share their Mini Session. Happy Autumn!
